Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for telecom infrastructure development, ensuring compliance with regulatory and technical requirements.
- Negotiate and secure site acquisition agreements with landowners, property managers, and local authorities.
- Manage end-to-end site development processes, including permits, leases, and construction coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to optimize site selection and deployment strategies.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to address technical challenges and ensure seamless site integration.
- Prepare and present reports on site acquisition progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site acquisition, property management, or telecom infrastructure development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with local regulations, zoning laws, and permitting processes in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently to site locations across Bali and other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
