Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations of premium commercial properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance, safety, and tenant satisfaction.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to enhance asset value, occupancy rates, and tenant retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, lease agreements, and company policies, mitigating risks and liabilities.
- Coordinate and supervise property improvement projects, renovations, and capital expenditures within budget and timeline.
- Prepare and present regular financial and operational reports to stakeholders, highlighting performance metrics and recommendations.
- Collaborate with leasing teams to attract and retain high-quality tenants, contributing to portfolio growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for property enhancement and revenue optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably with a reputable real estate firm.
- Strong knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, and property operations in the commercial sector.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and cost-control measures effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
