Responsibility
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract potential buyers, sellers, and tenants for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales or leasing agreements.
- Build and maintain a strong client network through proactive outreach, referrals, and relationship management.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations affecting real estate transactions in Bali.
- Prepare and present property listings with high-quality photos, descriptions, and virtual tours.
- Assist clients with financial assessments, mortgage options, and investment analysis for property purchases.
- Coordinate with legal teams, notaries, and financial institutions to ensure smooth transaction closures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Property Agent or in real estate sales/leasing.
- Proven track record of successful property transactions and client management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Baliās real estate market, including pricing, demand, and legal processes.
- Ability to work independently (for freelance) or collaboratively in a team (for full-time).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and property listing platforms.
- Valid real estate license or certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
