As a key member of our team, you will oversee end-to-end leasing activities, from prospecting and negotiations to contract administration and tenant retention. Your expertise will ensure optimal occupancy rates, maximize revenue, and enhance the shopping experience for both retailers and customers.
Based in Bali’s most sought-after areas—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with ample opportunities for professional development.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to attract high-value retail tenants.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive pricing, and tenant demands.
- Negotiate lease agreements, including terms, rentals, and incentives, to secure favorable deals.
- Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and ensuring compliance with lease terms.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and documentation.
- Monitor occupancy rates, renewal deadlines, and space utilization to optimize portfolio performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on leasing activities and market insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available spaces and attract prospective tenants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail leasing, property management, or commercial real estate.
- Proven track record in tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and contract administration.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to assess lease viability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software.
- Familiarity with local market conditions in Bali and broader retail industry trends.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
