Responsibility
- Monitor and manage inventory of available properties, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on sales activities, bookings, and client interactions.
- Evaluate client accounts and booking requests to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and legal teams to facilitate smooth property turnover processes.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other sales-related documentation.
- Liaise with clients to provide updates on booking status, payment schedules, and property availability.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the company’s CRM and property management systems.
- Support the sales team in client meetings, presentations, and property viewings as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales support, real estate, or property management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology, sales processes, and property development is a plus.
