Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Bali real estate market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including investors, buyers, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with the Bali real estate market and its unique dynamics is a plus.
