Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Bali real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including investors, buyers, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials, promotions, and campaigns.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with the Bali real estate market and its unique dynamics is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
