Responsibility
- Oversee daily property operations, including maintenance, security, and tenant relations.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and upgrades.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for assigned properties.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease agreements professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in building or property management, preferably in a luxury or commercial setting.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English is required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
