Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultations to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable furniture solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product features, materials, and pricing to offer expert advice.
- Assist in showroom merchandising, ensuring displays are visually appealing and well-organized.
- Process sales transactions, handle payments, and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to promote special offers, discounts, and new product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home decor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive sales conversions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions.
- Basic knowledge of interior design principles and furniture styles is a plus.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or design is a bonus.
