Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with inquiries.
- Perform accurate and efficient cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) terminal operations.
- Ensure store shelves are fully stocked, organized, and properly priced.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts and replenishment.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing displays.
- Handle product merchandising, including rotating stock to ensure freshness.
- Support store management in security procedures and preventing inventory shrinkage.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage but not required.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
- Energetic personality with a professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handling cash transactions.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
