Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with inquiries.
  • Perform accurate and efficient cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) terminal operations.
  • Ensure store shelves are fully stocked, organized, and properly priced.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts and replenishment.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing displays.
  • Handle product merchandising, including rotating stock to ensure freshness.
  • Support store management in security procedures and preventing inventory shrinkage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Energetic personality with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with handling cash transactions.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
