As a key member of our frontline staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive shopping experience.

In this role, you will handle daily store operations, ensure product availability, and maintain the high standards of cleanliness and efficiency that our brand is known for. Responsibility

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience.
  • Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
  • Manage inventory replenishment, including stocking shelves and ensuring proper product display.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization to meet company safety and visual standards.
  • Assist with price tagging and monitoring stock expiry dates.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks and daily sales reporting as requested by the Store Manager.
  • Maintain store security and report any irregularities immediately.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with previous retail/service experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn.
  • Physically fit to handle stocking duties and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong command of Malay and basic English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of integrity.
