Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
- Manage inventory replenishment, including stocking shelves and ensuring proper product display.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to meet company safety and visual standards.
- Assist with price tagging and monitoring stock expiry dates.
- Handle basic administrative tasks and daily sales reporting as requested by the Store Manager.
- Maintain store security and report any irregularities immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with previous retail/service experience are encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Physically fit to handle stocking duties and standing for extended periods.
- Strong command of Malay and basic English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of integrity.
