Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries and product location.
  • Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions and cash handling.
  • Maintain store inventory, including receiving stock, replenishing shelves, and conducting regular stock counts.
  • Ensure the store environment is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Monitor product expiry dates and implement effective First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory rotation.
  • Promote ongoing store promotions and loyalty programs to drive sales.
  • Adhere to all company safety, health, and security procedures to maintain a secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess a friendly, approachable, and positive attitude toward customers and team members.
  • Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak English or other local dialects is an advantage.
  • Basic numeracy skills for accurate cash handling and reporting.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
