Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in finding products throughout the store.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash, card, and e-wallet payments.
- Perform regular inventory checks and replenish stock shelves to ensure product availability.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and display standards.
- Monitor store security and assist in preventing inventory shrinkage.
- Prepare reports on daily sales activities and cash reconciliations.
- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming goods shipments.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a friendly personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work on a shift rotation basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting or moving inventory items.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive, honest, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is considered an advantage but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
