Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process cash, credit card, and e-wallet transactions.
- Restock shelves, displays, and refrigerators, ensuring products are well-organized and correctly priced.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
- Check inventory levels regularly and report stock discrepancies or expiry dates to the store supervisor.
- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming stock deliveries from suppliers.
- Adhere strictly to all store safety policies, hygiene standards, and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage.
- Physical stamina to handle stock tasks and remain on feet for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and perform various tasks within the store environment.
- Experience in retail or food & beverage sectors is a plus but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
