Responsibility

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with inquiries.
  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
  • Perform inventory restocking, price tagging, and ensure shelves are well-organized.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store premises at all times.
  • Monitor stock expiry dates and implement effective First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices.
  • Handle store opening or closing procedures as per company standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues and enhance store efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Possess at least a SPM or equivalent certification.
  • Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting inventory as required.
  • Reliable, punctual, and possess a proactive attitude towards tasks.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Must be comfortable standing for extended periods during shifts.
