Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with inquiries.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
- Perform inventory restocking, price tagging, and ensure shelves are well-organized.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store premises at all times.
- Monitor stock expiry dates and implement effective First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices.
- Handle store opening or closing procedures as per company standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues and enhance store efficiency.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a SPM or equivalent certification.
- Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting inventory as required.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a proactive attitude towards tasks.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods during shifts.
