Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and properly labeled with pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts and replenishment.
- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards across all departments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Reliable, punctual, and disciplined in attendance.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
