Responsibility

  • Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, professional service at all times.
  • Handle POS terminal transactions, including cash management, credit card processing, and E-wallet payments accurately.
  • Ensure store shelves are well-stocked, organized, and properly labeled with current pricing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock counts to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, including aisles, checkout counters, and storage areas.
  • Promote ongoing store promotions and loyalty programs to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Follow all company safety, security, and operational policies to ensure a secure store environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess a friendly and approachable demeanor with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is considered an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to store performance.
