Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality shisha with precision, using premium ingredients and proper techniques.
- Ensure all shisha equipment is clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
- Educate customers on shisha flavors, strengths, and best practices for an optimal session.
- Monitor and manage shisha inventory, including coal, tobacco, and accessories, and report supply needs.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the bar and service team to create a seamless guest experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new shisha products to recommend to guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Shisha Master or in a similar role is a plus, but not required—training provided for the right attitude!
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often during evenings and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of shisha preparation, flavors, and equipment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle equipment.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
