Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to uphold a clean and safe dining environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
