Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Take and relay customer orders accurately to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to hygiene and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Follow all company policies, including dress code (white polo/collared shirt, black pants, black shoes, and tied-up long hair).
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
