Responsibility
- Lead the pre-opening phase, including hiring, training, and establishing operational protocols.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and VIP guests.
- Oversee all hotel departments, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service standards.
- Implement marketing and sales strategies to maximize occupancy and brand visibility.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 5 years in a General Manager role.
- Proven track record in pre-opening luxury hotels or resorts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s hospitality market and high-end clientele.
