Responsibility
- Greet and assist guests with professionalism, ensuring a warm and welcoming first impression.
- Manage front-desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation systems.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
- Provide local recommendations (dining, transportation, activities) tailored to guest preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, bookings, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Resolve complaints or issues with diplomacy and problem-solving skills.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as reporting, inventory management, and event coordination.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge, front-desk, or customer service roles (hospitality industry preferred).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office, PMS (Property Management Systems), and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments while maintaining composure.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
- Knowledge of Bali’s tourism landscape (attractions, logistics, cultural norms) is advantageous.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related fields.
