Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transportation companies to negotiate contracts and optimize logistics processes.
- Oversee inventory management, tracking shipments, and resolving any discrepancies or delays.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping records, invoices, and customs clearance forms.
- Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving logistics-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and incoterms.
- Proficient in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process optimization.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
