Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our projects across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, supporting the backbone of our construction business.

Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching piling materials and construction equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations for material handling and storage.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and logistics teams to align warehouse activities with construction timelines.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of heavy materials, ensuring proper handling and minimizing damage or loss.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance, including inventory turnover, order fulfillment, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse coordination, preferably in construction or heavy equipment logistics.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Proven ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., OSHA) and material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, cranes).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as required by project deadlines.
