Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end cargo movement, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
- Coordinate daily port and vessel schedules to optimize operational workflows.
- Handle shipping documentation, including SOC (Shipper-Owned Container) and COC (Carrier-Owned Container) processes.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to resolve operational challenges.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipping activities and transactions.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or delays in cargo movement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping operations or logistics coordination.
- Strong knowledge of SOC and COC processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
