Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth logistics processes.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Optimize logistics costs by negotiating rates with carriers and identifying efficiency improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics expenses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan logistics strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
