Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring timely processing of shipments and inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists for international freight.
- Liaise with customs authorities to ensure compliance with import/export regulations, permits, and declarations.
- Manage inventory tracking and report discrepancies, working closely with suppliers and internal teams.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving shipment issues, and maintaining clear communication.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs.
- Monitor shipment statuses and proactively update stakeholders on delays or changes in delivery schedules.
- Maintain organized records of all logistics transactions, permits, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding, preferably in international trade.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, permit declarations, and import/export procedures (Indonesia or ASEAN experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with Incoterms, HS codes, and international shipping documentation.
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
