Responsibility
- Operate and maintain company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries across designated routes in Bali.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure the well-being of yourself, passengers, and cargo.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
- Load and unload cargo with care, ensuring items are securely fastened and protected from damage during transit.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and effective communication with clients and team members.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency, minimize fuel consumption, and reduce travel time.
- Keep accurate records of delivery times, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays encountered during trips.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate schedules, address challenges, and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or SIM C) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in logistics, delivery, or transportation.
- Familiarity with the roads and traffic conditions in Bali, particularly in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) as required.
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
