Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests related to freight forwarding services.
  • Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while maintaining compliance with international and local regulations.
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., operations, sales, and finance) to resolve issues and streamline service delivery.
  • Monitor shipment statuses and proactively update clients on delays, changes, or additional requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and service agreements in CRM systems.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on client needs and market trends.
  • Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback on operational inefficiencies or customer pain points.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in customer service, freight forwarding, or logistics is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with shipping documentation, customs procedures, and incoterms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness to work in Badung, Bali and adapt to flexible hours as needed.
