Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and update logistics systems to reflect real-time data.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
- Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze shipping reports for management review.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and storage management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and documentation.
- Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with international shipping standards is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
