Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate import/export customs clearance processes.
- Liaise with customs authorities and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation activities, including scheduling and routing.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for shipments and inventory.
- Provide ad-hoc procurement support as needed.
- Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics.
- Resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, customs clearance, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
