Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
- End-to-End Operations: Oversee logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution to optimize performance and reduce operational costs.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
- Risk Management: Mitigate supply chain risks by developing contingency plans and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Technology Integration: Drive the adoption of advanced supply chain technologies, including ERP, WMS, and analytics tools, to enhance visibility and decision-making.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover) to measure and improve supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in supply chain leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a director-level position, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of global supply chain trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage large-scale projects, and drive organizational change.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate challenges in a global marketplace.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to relocate or commute to Badung, Bali, with occasional travel as required.
