Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for RF commodity suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality supply chain solutions.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and product requirements.
- Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings, risk mitigation, and innovation.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Implement and maintain robust supplier performance metrics, conducting audits and assessments to drive operational excellence.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and bottlenecks proactively, ensuring minimal impact on production schedules and customer commitments.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by coordinating with suppliers to meet timelines, quality standards, and cost targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or supplier development, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Proven expertise in managing RF commodity suppliers, with a strong understanding of technical specifications and industry standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Experience in contract management, supplier performance evaluation, and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with global supply chain logistics, import/export regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
