Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and conduct internal and external audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of products to ensure they meet specified quality criteria.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Experience with quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, and 8D problem-solving.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
