Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage drop shipment and import operations, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Process and manage Letters of Credit (LC) transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to banking and trade requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to facilitate smooth shipping processes.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues or delays to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, tariffs, and shipping regulations.
- Provide regular reports on shipping activities, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, import/export operations, or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of Letters of Credit (LC) and international trade regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with global partners.
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AWS and VB incentives is a plus.
