Responsibility
- Manage and process customer orders with extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the Logistics Department to plan and execute timely shipments.
- Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders and customers.
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and international trade protocols.
- Resolve any shipping discrepancies or delivery issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and digital records of all shipping activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics operations and reduce lead times.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in shipping, logistics, or export/import operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong command of English, Malay, and Mandarin (for communication with vendors/clients).
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of shipping documentation and customs clearance procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
