Responsibility
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the sales team, ensuring efficient workflow and timely responses to client inquiries.
- Manage and track shipments, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with internal departments, such as operations, finance, and customer service, to resolve issues and streamline processes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and shipment details using company systems and tools.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and sales materials to support business development and decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, contracts, and other sales-related documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve sales coordination processes and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, shipping, logistics, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or logistics software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Bahasa Indonesia, are an advantage.
