Responsibility
- Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming electronic components and goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate the picking, packing, and dispatch of orders, verifying that all shipments are correctly labeled, documented, and ready for delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the logistics manager to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments, update records, and generate reports for performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations, including customs documentation and hazardous materials handling (if applicable).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing shipping inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or shipping coordination, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 20 kg, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving logistics challenges.
