Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in equipment.
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime and extend machinery lifespan.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to address equipment-related issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical or electrical fields is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
