Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Perform quality checks on products to meet industry and company standards.
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to maintenance teams.
- Assist in the setup and adjustment of production lines for different product specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies, including those related to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Production Operator or in a similar role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 kg).
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and willingness to follow all safety guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Good communication skills and teamwork-oriented mindset.
