Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage import/export shipments, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Liaise with customers, carriers, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth and timely shipments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics operations and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, transactions, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in freight forwarding and logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
