Responsibility
- Manage and process shipping documentation, including waybills, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with warehouses, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Monitor shipment statuses and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Maintain organized records of all shipping transactions and reports.
- Prepare and submit regular shipping reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and vendors regarding shipment updates.
- Assist in optimizing shipping processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of shipping software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics is advantageous.
