Responsibility
- Manage the entire grant lifecycle, including application, approval, disbursement, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements, organizational policies, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community partners.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely grant reports, proposals, and budgets.
- Monitor grant expenditures and ensure funds are used effectively and in accordance with grant agreements.
- Coordinate with program teams to align grant activities with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct research to identify new funding opportunities and potential grant sources.
- Provide training and support to staff on grant management best practices and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in grant administration, fundraising, or financial management within a non-profit organization.
- Strong knowledge of grant writing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
