Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth business workflows.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Manage documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements in accordance with company standards.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and resource allocation for operational activities.
- Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or project management tools is a plus.
