Join Weave Co-Living as a Financial & Administrative Assistant and play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic operations in Bali. Based in one of Bali’s vibrant locations—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll work in a collaborative setting with opportunities for professional growth and impact.
Responsibility
- Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and budgets under the guidance of the finance team.
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Oversee general office management, including supply procurement, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to streamline administrative workflows.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial and HR documents.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial administration, office management, or HR support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
