Responsibility
- Handle and process customer quotations and orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and reports.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for timely shipments.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing administrative and operational assistance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, administration, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
