Responsibility
- Oversee daily data entry operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company standards.
- Supervise and mentor a team of Processing Officers, providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate shift-based workflows to meet deadlines and maintain high productivity levels.
- Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to minimize errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, productivity metrics, and process improvements.
- Train new team members on data entry protocols, software tools, and best practices.
- Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data processing tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in shift-based schedules and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred.
