Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with schedules.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to optimize shipping routes and costs.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Track shipments in real-time using logistics software and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, or issues with proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery statuses for reporting and auditing.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure proper handling, packing, and labeling of goods.
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipment coordination, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international trade compliance.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
