Responsibility
- Lead and conduct regular quality audits of logistics and warehouse operations to ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors.
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory management, order fulfillment, and timely delivery of goods.
- Analyze quality metrics and performance data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on audit findings, quality performance, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in all logistics and warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, logistics, or warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), auditing techniques, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Experience with logistics software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) are a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
