Responsibility
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and maintain up-to-date records of all warehouse items
- Coordinate with project teams to fulfill material requests and ensure timely delivery to job sites
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse organization systems for optimal space utilization
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Oversee proper handling, storage, and maintenance of construction materials and equipment
- Prepare and maintain documentation for all warehouse transactions and movements
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures in all warehouse activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, preferably in construction or manufacturing
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Physical ability to perform warehouse duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
