Responsibility
- Develop and implement delivery schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of fuel products.
- Coordinate with transportation vendors, drivers, and internal teams to optimize route planning and resource allocation.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts or excess supply.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all delivery operations.
- Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on delivery performance, costs, and KPIs to management.
- Resolve delivery-related issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align delivery plans with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in delivery planning, logistics coordination, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, route optimization, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with fuel industry operations is a plus.
